These terms govern your use of EatSafe Legal, operated by Navtechy Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What EatSafe Legal is — and isn't

EatSafe Legal is a software platform that helps restaurants manage compliance: tracking licences, reviewing contracts, drafting documents and triaging notices, with optional access to independent verified professionals. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. AI-generated summaries, drafts and redlines are assistive tools; you are responsible for reviewing them and, where needed, consulting a qualified professional.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your credentials, and for the activity under your account. You must have authority to act for the business you register.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed per outlet, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Expert consults and concierge services may be billed separately as used.

4. The expert marketplace

Verified CAs and lawyers on the marketplace are independent professionals, not our employees. We vet their credentials but are not a party to the advice or services they provide to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EatSafe Legal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from your reliance on AI-generated output without professional review.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
