Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want EatSafe Legal to be worth it. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period once billed.
• If you were charged in error, or experienced a material service failure, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.
• Expert consults and concierge filings are billed for work performed; refunds for these are considered case-by-case where work has not commenced.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
